Members in every level of living at The Landing will enjoy the same safety policies and protocols we use to keep our community immaculately clean, safe and ready to serve you. Residences are access-controlled with 24-hour on-site security. Underground garage parking is secured and monitored, and we’ve designed the building’s environment to utilize the autocleaning Needlepoint Bipolar Ionization (NBPI) system that helps defeats COVID-19 and other airborne viruses. Residences in Assisted Living at The Landing are also designed to provide ample lighting, wide-threshold doorways to accommodate wheelchairs, stability bars in all bathrooms and emergency-call capability.
Our Assisted Living residences are offered in one- and two-bedroom configurations, with living rooms and kitchenettes available. They feature upscale touches and polished finishes, high ceilings, bright windows, and large bathrooms with walk-in showers.
