Jamie brings more than 25 years of experience in senior living to her position as Executive Director for The Landing. For her, this is more than a career — it is a long-standing passion forged by advocating for her own grandmother during her transition into nursing care. This experience brought home the critical role of service excellence and patient-centered care.
She began her career as a clinical nurse in a post-acute care setting and later transitioned into business development, working closely with hospitals to reduce readmission rates through innovative partnerships. Today, she is dedicated to creating environments where residents receive top-quality care, enjoy enriching experiences and engage fully in their communities.
Jamie is married to a retired Air Force veteran and is the proud mother of a daughter studying nursing at The Catholic University of America.

Tara is a seasoned registered nurse with more than 20 years in the health care field. She has a firm belief that nursing is more than a profession — it is a calling. As the Director of Resident Care, she extends that same sense of calling to deliver a compassionate, resident-centered approach to everything she does.
A graduate of Chamberlain University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Tara has honed her expertise in acute care, skilled nursing and long-term care. However, her true passion lies in senior living, where she feels a deep connection and purpose.
Alexander Franz’s love of senior living began in high school, when he spent hundreds of hours volunteering at a senior living community in his hometown of Orlando. In the years since, he has deepened this passion while climbing the ranks from a catering dishwasher and cook to a concierge and sales counselor in ContinuingCare Retirement Communities (CCRCs). In 2025, he joined Silverstone communities as the Director of Sales for The Landing Alexandria and The Riviera.
Over a 15+ year career,Alexander has earned numerous accolades for business development. He thrives on hearing about the lives and accomplishments of current and future residents.Guided by Yoda’s mantra “Do or do not. There is no try,” he is all-in on creating a meaningful transition as older adults start the next exciting chapter in their lives. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from theUniversity of Central Florida. Outside the office, you might find him running, baking, hiking, cheering on the Florida State Seminoles, or dreaming about a bucket-list Iron Man race.
Rowan joined The Landing team in August 2023 as our Senior Living Sales Counselor, bringing empathy, humor and a passion for guiding families through their senior living journey. Originally from Havana and raised in Miami, he kicked off his career in his family’s adult daycare as an activities assistant before earning an associate degree in business from Miami Dade College and a Bachelor of Science in PR, Advertising and Applied Communications from Florida International University. Drawn to the DMV area for its history and seasonal charm, he’s thrilled to grow roots in a region he adores.
A storyteller at heart, Rowan loves connecting with people and helping residents find their perfect fit at The Landing. Outside of work, he loves to draw, run tabletop games, and write—weaving tales that touch on the human experience. Whether he is unwinding with an episode of “Peaky Blinders” or dreaming up his next adventure, Rowan brings the same creativity and care to everything he does.
As a Certified Master Chef and the CulinaryDirector for The Landing and The Riviera, Norbert Roesch brings world-class culinary experiences to our residents. Born in Nuremberg, he honed his craft through classical culinary training and apprenticeships throughout Germany, including stints with Michelin-starred restaurants, hotels, cruise ships and more. With more than five years in senior living, his focus today is on serving residents with healthy, made-to-order meals with fresh ingredients and aMediterranean flair.
Outside the kitchen, Norbert enjoysthe thrill of kayaking, the vibrancy of strolling through farmers’ markets, andrelaxing getaways in his convertible. On any given weekend, you might find him attendinga local festival, plotting which country to visit next, or simply drivingthrough the country with the top down, classical or jazz on the radio, dreamingup new additions to the farm-fresh menu for our community.
Kaichi Ho joined TheLanding Alexandria team in 2024 as the Memory Care Program Director, where she oversees a vibrant calendar of activities for our Memory Care residents and beyond. Born and raised in Taipei, Taiwan, she studied music composition for piano in Taiwan before pursuing a Master of Music in MusicTherapy from the University of Ohio.
In graduate school, she had a six-month internship with a senior living community and discovered her true calling in memory care. As a board-certified music therapist (MT-BC) and neurologic music therapist, she uses music and programs to ease anxiety, boost quality of life, and deliver an engaging lifestyle for residents withAlzheimer’s and other forms of dementia. She also likes to unwind by binge-watching true crime documentaries or hitting the trail with her corgi.
As The Landing’sHousekeeping Director, Tatiana Flores is laser-focused on our residents. Everyday, she and her team ensure all of our residences and common areas are clean, infection-free and feel like home. A problem-solver at heart who takes pride in her work, she is also responsible for recruiting and training staff, conducting audits and ensuring compliance with health and safety cleaning procedures.
Born in El Salvador, she has lived in Falls Church since her childhood in 1999. She attended J.E.B.Stuart High School (now Justice High School) and began her career in senior living as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). She says that what she truly loves about The Landing is “the warmth and care you feel the moment you walk in. It’s not just clean — it feels like home.”
Beyond her role at TheLanding, Tatiana is an avid gardener, regularly involved with her church, and a fan of salsa dancing.
As the Maintenance Director for The Landing since 2022, Kevin Morgan makes sure we deliver on our promise of a maintenance-free lifestyle for our residents. In his role, he manages the maintenance team, coordinates repairs, and generally ensures all of our residences and amenities provide a safe, supportive and enriching environment for everyone in our community. With a background in HVAC and extensive experience in senior living, Kevin has been named Employee of the Year for his professionalism.
Originally from Rocky Mount, N.C.,Kevin has made the Alexandria area his home. He loves the region’s peacefulatmosphere, community diversity and overall charm. When he’s not working withresidents, families and the health care team, he enjoys catching a ballgame andspending time with his grandchildren.
When Lina Ramirez joined The Landing in 2024, she brought a wealth of experience and a philosophy of patient-centered care that she lives out as she recruits and trains our team. In addition to technical skills, she believes it is important for those who work in senior living to understand the human side of care — allowing every resident to feel valued, respected and able to live as independently as possible.
An Alexandria local, Lina has a bachelor’s degree in business administration, a master’s degree with specialization in human resources management, and a graduate certificate in leadership and management from the University of Maryland Global Campus. She has worked in the senior living, clinical and hospitality industries, and she is most passionate about the strong sense of connection among residents and the team at The Landing.
Outside of work, she enjoys exploring new restaurants, spending time with family or traveling to one of her favorite vacation spots — Italy, Germany, or Hawaii.
